“BioContact Project” (hereinafter referred as “BioContact”) – a Partnership of the International Hellenic University for the Msc in Bioeconomy: Biotechnology and Law with the University of Leiden, Netherlands and Perseus Company, Belgium  – has created the website https://biocontact.ihu.edu.gr/ in order to provide information and services to its users.

The use of this website is subject to the terms and conditions set out below. The use of this website raises a presumption that visitors/users have studied, understood and accepted all the terms and conditions of the website. In case the visitors/users do not agree with the terms and conditions of use of this website, they should not use its services and content.

Governing law and other conditions

The abovementioned conditions and terms of use of the website, as well as any amendments or changes are governed by the national, EU law and the relevant international treaties. In case a provision of the above conditions is found to be contrary to the abovementioned legal framework, it shall automatically lapse and be removed, without affecting other provisions. The present conditions constitute the overall agreement between “BioContact” and the website visitors/users and bind nobody but them.
